Well... it went well after a while! The Ghoul's Moon was a bit of a disaster, though.

Well. I told him how I felt and it turned out that he was the same. That we both had feelings for each other.

[Which was a relief. She would have run home to hide for a week and never come out.]

We almost kissed under the fireworks too, but you know how in those books when the main couple's about to kiss, and they get interrupted by someone? 💦

I wouldn't say it was a disaster! But we definitely didn't kiss that night. But it has a happy ending, I promise! We met again at Winterstide.

Well, we talked about things a little first. Agreed that maybe we were both a bit hesitant to really start anything because... you know. Things the way they are here. Said that we were going to try and see how they went, and that we both wanted the same thing.

But we were on his boat after we spent the day together and we finally kissed!

[She's blushing just typing the words!!! Covering her face with her hands now.]

At last! The climax to the story, sealed with a kiss!

I'm more than happy to hear that, Tifa. Like I said before, you only had to find the right moment of time for the both of you.

I think it's only fair to feel as hesitant as you were. Allowing ourselves to venture through something like love and affection when any of us could return through a rift at any give time is a risk. But I truly think it is a risk that is worth taking.

[He doesn't regret falling in love with Dion even if that time is gone now. It's an experience he will always treasure.]

I think that was the scary part, you know? The fact that either one of us could up and disappear at any moment and not remember a thing. But I'm slowly trying to remind myself that we can't just sit around and wait for that to happen. It's been over a year, and I'm tired of living in fear of that, if that makes sense.

[phoenixdominant]

It makes perfect sense. Months ago, my brother and I promised each other that we would always chase our peace here in this world, no matter what would or wouldn't happen. You should too.

Now, does this mean I might have a chance to meet this man that swept my dear friend off her feet, soon?

[starshower]

Well. No one really knows yet besides you.

[And Denji. But that one was purely an accident.]

I haven't even told him that I was telling anyone, but I needed to get it off my chest! But I suppose you could meet him soon enough. Once we figure out what's even going on.

I'm sure they would be. Wouldn't be surprised if they had a party just for the sake of having a reason to invite him over. But I never was great at being the center of attention for anything. Though I guess I could try and swing it in a different direction.
